Deck building phase will begin at 1PM
Deck building time limit: 30 Min
Round 1 begins at 1:30 PM
Format Type: Sealed deck:
Leader Rules: Rainbow Luffy or Leaders that are available in the set
Round Type: Best of 1
Round Time Limit: 35 minute timer with tiebreaker
# of Rounds: 4 rounds max
Event may replace weekly event.

Each player will receive 6 "The Time of Battle" [OP-16] booster packs as part of their sealed pool and 1 set of participation promos

Undefeated player will be given 1 Winner Promo card.
