At Hairy Tarantula, we want you to feel as bold as our brand, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn fashion items. If your new look isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hairy Tarantula account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
